Sandals Ochi

Welcome back! Time certainly got away from me yesterday with an afternoon dentist appointment. But the numbing finally wore off, and I’m excited to share more of my Jamaican adventure with you! As I mentioned the other day, I jetsetted off to Jamaica at the end of August for an exciting training with Sandals & Beaches Resorts. I had an amazing, albeit tiring time touring several of their properties. It was so exciting to see these resorts in person, and get a better idea of where I’m sending my clients. It allows me to give first hand, seen with my own eyes information to give everyone the best romantic or family vacation as possible! Although I won’t share every last detail, I do want to share the basics. I’m going to start with the resort I called home each night, and since I spent a lot of time there, I have broken it up into three separate posts. So if you are interested in more, be sure to check back! So I am going to start with the super popular Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios, Jamaica!

This is one of Sandals largest properties, but that only means it has so, so much to offer! There are 20 room categories at Sandals Ochi including private villas, rooms, and suites, so there is literally something for everyone! Ochi offers over 100 pools and over 20 hot tubs all throughout this double sectioned resort. The resort is broken up into to parts with two spas and 17 dining options among the two areas. It also offers complimentary greens fees at Sandals Golf Course and Country Club nearby. This hopping resort also has rock climbing, multiple bars, including the only speakeasy in the Caribbean-password required for entry (so fun!), movies on the lawn, and numerous non-motorized water sports, all complimentary! As with all Sandals properties, they really went above and beyond with Ochi.
